Drainage pipes were placed in the soil to promote drying of the field.
11.Land Grading
The field was leveled with a target elevation difference of plus or minus 5 cm.
12.Lime Sowing
In the early stages of reclamation, the soil was highly acidic.
Lime was spread to improve the soil.
13.Pulverizing
The soil was broken down and mixed to make it suitable for growing crops.
After this, farm roads and irrigation channels were built, and the field preparation was complete.
